About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions across the organization. They will partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. A successful Recruiter will be able to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities

- check_circle Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- check_circle Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- check_circle Manage the candidate experience and provide timely feedback
- check_circle Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages
Qualifications
- check_circle Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- check_circle 1+ years of recruiting experience
- check_circle Knowledge of recruiting best practices
- check_circle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- check_circle Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
