About the Role

We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our employees. The Training and Development Specialist will conduct needs assessments, develop training materials, and facilitate training sessions. They will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of training and development principles, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous instructional design is highly valued.
