Director of Human Resources
About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and strategic-minded Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department and drive organizational success. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. They will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and building strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. They should have a deep understanding of employment law.
