Financial Accountant

About the Role

The Financial Accountant is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the university's financial records. This includes preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with the month-end and year-end closing processes. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with financial reporting. Must also be proficient in the use of accounting software and internal control procedures. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders are important attributes.

Qualifications
