HR Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits. They will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, capable of building strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. In addition, this role requires proficiency in HRIS systems and a thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations. They must deliver exceptional service to all employees.

Qualifications
