Benefits Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage and administer our employee benefits programs. The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for enrolling employees in benefits programs, processing claims, and resolving benefits-related issues. They will also work with benefit vendors to ensure that our benefits programs are competitive and meet the needs of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of benefits administration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. They will deliver exceptional service to existing and potential new hires.

Key Responsibilities

• check_circle Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans
• check_circle Enroll employees in benefits programs and process claims
• check_circle Resolve benefits-related issues and answer employee questions
• check_circle Work with benefit vendors to ensure competitive benefits programs
• check_circle Maintain employee benefits records

Qualifications

• check_circle Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• check_circle 3+ years of benefits administration experience
• check_circle Strong understanding of benefits administration
• check_circle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• check_circle Ability to work independently
