HR Generalist
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a variety of HR functions. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing HR support to employees and managers, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation. They will also assist with HR projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. They will work with sensitive, confidential data.
