Compensation Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to research, analyze, and administer our compensation programs. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for conducting salary surveys, analyzing compensation data, and making recommendations for salary adjustments. They will also assist with the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Must possess extensive reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
