Remote HR Assistant
About the Role
We need a highly organized and efficient Remote HR Assistant to support our HR team virtually. The Remote HR Assistant will provide administrative support, manage HR records, and assist with various HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in virtual communication tools. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently with limited supervision and be experienced delivering onboarding remotely.
Key Responsibilities

- check_circle Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration tasks
- check_circle Communicate effectively with employees and candidates through virtual channels

Qualifications
- check_circle Associate's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
- check_circle Proven experience as an administrative assistant or HR assistant
- check_circle Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools
- check_circle Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- check_circle Ability to work independently and remotely
