Part-time Information Session Assistant
About the Role
The Part-time Information Session Assistant will provide critical logistical and administrative support for all on-campus and virtual information sessions. This role involves registering attendees, setting up presentation materials, answering initial questions from prospective students and their families, and assisting with session follow-up. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to explain basic university principles in the absence of senior staff in the event of delay. This is a part-time position, that requires some flexibility in scheduling. It can be a good fit for students.
