Assistant Budget Director
About the Role
The Assistant Budget Director supports the director with fiscal planning and analysis activities. The Assistant will prepare, analyze, and deliver budget reports to managers and other important stakeholders. Responsible for forecasting annual costs and maintaining compliance with government laws and the university's policy. The candidate must have demonstrated excellence with data analysis and Excel, and must have completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The ideal candidate possesses clear communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders across different departments.
Key Responsibilities

- check_circle Assist in the development and implementation of annual fiscal budget plan
- check_circle Evaluate monthly budget reports and assess compliance
- check_circle Conduct audits to ensure financial compliance and governance
- check_circle Generate budget related reports
Qualifications
- check_circle Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field
