HR Intern
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our human resources department. The HR Intern will assist with a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the HR field. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. The intern will be expected to work with a wide range of employees, and confidentiality is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- check_circle Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting jobs and screening resumes
- check_circle Support employee relations initiatives
- check_circle Assist with benefits administration tasks
- check_circle Maintain employee records and files
- check_circle Provide administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications
- check_circle Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources or related field
- check_circle Strong interest in HR
- check_circle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- check_circle Ability to work independently
- check_circle Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
