Part-Time HR Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time HR Specialist to support our organization with their expertise on a flexible schedule. The HR Specialist will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR, excellent understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- check_circle Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling

- check_circle Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers
- check_circle Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- check_circle Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Qualifications

- check_circle 3+ years of HR experience
- check_circle Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
- check_circle Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- check_circle Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
