Associate HR Business Partner
About the Role
We are looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to work closely with business units to align HR strategies and initiatives with organizational goals. The HR Business Partner will provide guidance and support to employees and managers, assist with performance management, and help to develop talent management programs. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate shows growth and has a desire to be the lead in a particular business unit.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- check_circle 1-3 years of HR experience
- check_circle Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
