Senior HR Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a driven and accomplished Senior HR Analyst to provide insight, data analysis, and workforce planning. The analyst will oversee compensation analysis and talent management programs. They will be responsible for compensation models, workforce modeling and predictive reporting. The analyst will own the HRIS system and its reporting components. This role is pivotal for the decision making of company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- check_circle Perform compensation analysis and workforce modeling.
- check_circle Oversee HRIS and report on compensation statistics.
- check_circle Manage and report talent management needs.
- check_circle Maintain compliance data and report where needed for government compliance.
- check_circle Provide input on all compliance and procedural changes.
Qualifications
- check_circle Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Human Resources, Math and/or any related field.
- check_circle 8+ years experience in analysis and HRIS systems.
- check_circle Outstanding analytical and writing experience.
- check_circle Proven talent in modeling and compensation reporting.
- check_circle Skilled in making decisions and working independently with minimal oversight.
